Sauna was our go-to restoration destination after training for cross-country skiing during my teens. The heat wrapped around us, soothing sore muscles, while the steam cleared our minds, preparing us for the next challenge. When we moved from Russia to America in the early 90s, the options for local sauna’s left us yearning. We searched for a comforting space that mirrored the warmth of our past but struggled to find one that met our needs.

Once we established a home, we decided to take matters into our own hands and built a sauna for personal use. This became more than just a physical structure; it was a sanctuary that connected us to our memories and provided a sense of belonging. Through the cycles of heat and cold washes, the routines around our sauna sessions, became an integral part of our family's lifestyle.

As the years went by, the urge to share our expertise, knowledge, and love for the sauna grew stronger. We recognized that the benefits we experienced—both physical and mental—were something others could also gain from. Although we have ventured into various business opportunities over the years, our hearts have always led us back to the roots of our sauna experience.

Now, we are committed to sharing this precious tradition with our community, creating a space where others can foster restoration, relaxation, and connection. Our sauna is not just a place to unwind; it is a bridge to well-being, where people can come together, rejuvenate, and forge lasting memories. We hope to inspire others to embrace the healing power of the sauna, just as we have throughout our journey.

Choosing us is a decision based on our extensive expertise and years of experience in sauna usage.
